Mission: To advance the practice of professional school nurses and enhance the school nursing practice in ways that promote each student's optimal level of wellness and educational success.
Programs: Advance the professional practice of school nursing by providing educational seminars and classes (belle blackwell conference held annually in july; tsno region iv mid-winter meeting held annually in january; a variety of day-long seminars); address workplace issues that will increase the ability of school nurses to better serve the health needs of students; develop communication and sharing of issues with other school nurses' organizations to learn from each other.
