Services include informing victims of their rights, guiding them through process of reporting the crime, restoring their identity as needed and recovering damages.
parenting order legal line, poll, through the texas access to justice foundation, offers parents with access and visitation conflicts and issues case specific legal assistance through brief legal coaching or self-help assistance by phone, including step-by-step guidance and self-help coaching to those navigating the pro se process. Poll will identify and develop local resources for parenting order services (e. G. Modifications, enforcement, mediation) through law schools, local bar associations, dispute resolution centers, and other legal aid services.
the health law program provides legal services to low-income texans with questions regarding health care issues. Issues addressed include: medicare and medicaid matters, payment plans for healthcare bills, children's health insurance program, family medical leave act, prescription drug coverage, denial of treatment and end of life planning. Lawyers and advocates help callers navigate through complex healthcare laws and systems.
