Programs: Job training- to provide job training, employment opportunities and other services for those who suffer chronic seasonal unemployment in the agricultural industry.

21st century community learning centers - to provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children, particularly students who attend high-poverty and low performing schools.
