Causes: Education, Scholarships, Scholarships & Student Financial Aid
Mission: The Taylor Haugen Foundation provides support and recognition to faith-based, athletic students and community organizations through awards, scholarships and funding. The foundation serves to recognize the following attributes and character traits: christian faith, athletics, service, academics and leadership. The mission of the Youth Equipment for Sports Safety Program (YESS) is to reduce the number of sports-related abdominal injuries in middle and high school athletes. The YESS© Program provides awareness of and equips youth contact sports teams with the same technologically advanced abdominal protective gear worn by professional and collegiate athletes.
Results: Along with 9 years of trophy and scholarship winners in our local community, on a National level the foundation has equipped and educated over 4,400 student athletes protecting them from abdominal injuries sustained through contact sports.

Geographic areas served: The Foundation builds and recognizes youth leaders and promotes youth sport safety to honor the legacy of Taylor Haugen.
