Mission: A Safe Place, founded more than 27 years ago, has a mission to break the cycle of domestic abuse by providing crisis intervention, support services, education and advocacy to survivors, their families and the community.
Programs: A safe place provides a 24 hour crisis intervention hotline, a 16 bed emergency shelter staffed 24/7, 3 ongoing support groups and one weekly group at the shelter, legal advocacy, social service advocacy and community education.
