Mission: STARS exists to serve schools and communities by providing prevention, intervention, and treatment services, addressing bullying, substance abuse, violence, and other social and emotional barriers to success.
Programs: Student assistance program (sap) - provides a comprehensive model for the delivery of prevention and intervention strategies and programs for students k-12. Sap specialists, in partnership with parents, student, school resource officers, other school faculty and community agencies and services, seek to remove barriers that impede student success.

Training includes the olweus bullying prevention trainers; school climate and social emotional learning: safe dates; lifelines suicide prevention; from policy to practice; move2stand against bullying youth leadership training and restorative practices.
