Mission: The purpose of the st. Thomas more housing, inc. Trust (the trust) is to provide proceeds for the special needs of st. Thomas more housing, inc. (housing corporation). The housing corporation is a low income housing unit erected in 1979. The housing corporation is a tax exempt organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 and has a continuing need for special needs funding over and above funding subsidies now being received. Additionally the trust may make distributions to other 501(c)(3) organizations for use in religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes.
Programs: Grant to st. Anthony school for $6,000 used towards scholarships for students in need.
