The iapd contains multiple projects. For each project contained in the iapd, the southern institute on children & families as the contractor helped the agency to develop at least one but no more than three business process models. The business models include the following: client call centers-first call resolution, client self-service (online eligibility & application kit), dashboard design, electronic document management, interfaces, necessary reports/evaluation of reports/report data, real-time eligibility, workflow management & working with colorado health benefits exchange.
