Mission: Girl Scouts of South Texas Council is one of 318 council granted a charter by Girls Scouts of the USA. Our mission is to inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism and service so that they may become happy and resourceful citizens. Girl Scouts is an informal, comprehensive, educational program centered on the interests and abilities of girls age five through seventeen. The goals of the program are to help them reach their highest potential, develop sound values and become competent and caring adults.
