Mission: Regional planning and development; be responsive to the needs of local governments and other development interests that further the continued progress of community and economic development within the region.
Programs: Comprehensive regional planning and grant administration. Administration of 19 grants that consist of projects for planning, public facility improvements, infrastructure, low income housing rehabilitation and other capital improvements. Issued 9 new loans to assist in economic development within the region, creating 105 jobs with a total loan portfolio of 30 loans. Providing resources and technical assistance through grant writing and strategic planning.
