Mission: Mission and Vision Somos Mayfair’s mission is to support families to be healthy and resilient; to build a vibrant community; and to contribute to the larger people’s movement for justice. We begin with what is the foundation of justice – love. If we love ourselves, then we can love others, our families, and our community. We work to nurture loving families; ones who are committed to raising children who are strong and healthy, and who, as they grow, can fully realize their hopes and dreams. Our vision is that Mayfair becomes a community of belonging and hope. We join with our neighbors to preserve the best of our cultural heritage, and together build our community. We participate in collective action for the good of all Mayfair families to address the causes of our struggles. Sí Se Puede (Yes we can!) is an affirmation of what is good and beautiful about us and our community and is our common call in the struggle for justice.
