Mission: To provide resources for women returning home from prison.
Programs: Sister s returning home mission is to assist women who are returning from prison to the community by successfully re-establishing their connection to their families. Srh supported wrap around services participants who are employed in the job market. The participants were matched with mentors. Srh provided transportation - tokens and day passes. Srh reunification of families - each year fifty families are identified for reconnecting with love ones incarcerated at muncy prison in muncy pa.
