SSKK છેલ્લા 40 વર્ષથી અમરેલી માં કાર્યરત છે.સંસ્થા દ્વારા રાજ્યના 5 થી વધારે જિલ્લામાં કામગીરી કરી છે સંસ્થાએ સરકાર,કંપની, એનજીઓ અને ફોરીન ફંડ નાં પ્રોજેક્ટ માં કામ કર્યું છે.જેમાં લાઇવલી હૂડ,ખેતીવાડી,પાણી,આરોગ્ય, શિક્ષણ અને મહિલા સશક્તી કરણ જેવા મુખ્ય કામો રહ્યા છે.આ તમામ કામગીરીનો હું 40 વર્ષથી સાક્ષી રહ્યો છું.સંસ્થાનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ સમાજ ની આર્થિક અને સામાજિક freedom નો છે જે માં સંસ્થા શત પ્રતિશત સફળ થયેલ છે .સંસ્થા સામાજિક જે ચિત્ર જોવા માગે છે તેમાં ઘણી આર્થિક સહયોગ ની જરૂરત જણાય છે.આભાર.

'શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર ' અમરેલી જિલ્લામાં 1980 થી કાર્યરત છે. સંસ્થા આજે 45 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કર્યા છે જેમાં બાળકો, મહિલાઓ, અને ખેડૂતો ના વિકાસ આને આજીવીકા ના ખૂબ સારી રીતે કામો થય રહીયા છે. તેની સાથે સાથે જે વિશ્વને મુંજવતિ સમસ્યા કલાઇમેન્ટ ચેન્જ એટલે વાતાવરણ માં ફેરફારો જોવા મળે છે તેના માટેના પર્યાવરણ ને સુધારવાના કાર્યો પણ સારી રીતે કરી રહીયાં છે તે આ સંસ્થમા મારે 6 વર્ષ પુર્ણ થયા છે આ સમયકાળ દરમિયાન ઘણી બાબતો શીખવા અને જાણવા મળી છે, સાથે સાથે ખેડૂતો ને તાલીમો આપવાની શક્તિ , ખેતી નું પ્રેક્ટિકલ નોલેજ અને ગામડાઓની સમસ્યા ના નિરાકરણ કરવાની કુશળતાઓ વિકસી છે. આ સંસ્થા અમરેલી અને ગીર સોમનાથ ના ગામડાઓના લોકોની આજીવીકા વધારવાના ના વધારેમાં વધારે કામો કરી રહી છે ખેડૂતોને ઓર્ગેનિક ખેતી તરફ અને ઓછા ખર્ચે વધારે ઉત્પાદન વધારવાના ખૂબ સારી રીતે કાર્ય કરી રહી છે.
I have been working with this organisation since last 17 years. Organisation is working in Amreli, Gir Somnath and Rajkot district of Gujarat state. (Known as Saurashtra area). Organisation has been working with more than 22000 farmers, 1000 children and women of these area. Its effort to provide livelihood to under privileged group are admirable. Young and dedicated team of the organisation working for betterment in life of farmers children and women. Also carried out various activities for conservation natural resources in this area.
t is a great experience for me to work in SSKK. Established in 1980, throughout 43 years working in Training and Education, Health and Environment and Sustainable Agricultural Practices. Team of over 100+ dedicated volunteers, SSKK have facilitated rural development, empowering communities and fostering sustainable change. SSKK has been instrumental in uplifting the socio-economic status of many families. Their work not only addresses immediate needs but also creates sustainable solutions for a brighter future.
મારે શું અને મારું શું એવી વિચારધારા ધરાવતા લોકો સમાજના પ્રશ્નો જુએ છે પણ આંખ આડા કાન કરી પોતાના માર્ગે આગળ વધી જાય છે. કમનસીબે સમાજનો ઘણો મોટો ભાગ આ રીતે જીવે છે. બીજા કેટલાક લોકો પ્રશ્નો જુઓ છે, સમજે છે પણ લાચારી અનુભવીને અટકી જાય છે. પરંતુ કેટલાક લોકોનું હૃદય કરુણાથી ભરાઈ જાય છે અને તેઓ પ્રશ્નોના સમાધાન માટે સજાગ રહી કાર્ય કરે છે. આવા વિશિષ્ટ લોકોની સંખ્યા ઓછી છે પણ મને લાગે છે કે આવા લોકો જ આપણા સમાજને સ્વસ્થ રાખી રહ્યા છે.
આજથી ચાર દાયકા પહેલાં અમરેલી અને એની આસપાસનાં ગામડાંઓની પરિસ્થિતિ અતિ વિકટ હતી. વાહનવ્યવહાર માટેની વ્યવસ્થાનો અભાવ હતો કે બહુ ઓછી હતી, પીવાના પાણીની તંગી, ખેતીનો ઓછો પાક એટલે ખેડૂતો ગરીબીમાં જીવે, ખેતમજુરને મજૂરી ઓછી મળે. જેના કારણે ભૂખમરો અને ખૂબ હાડમારી ભોગવવી પડે. આ બધાને પરિણામે પુરુષવર્ગ અમદાવાદની મિલોમાં મજૂરી માટે કે સુરતમાં હીરા ઘસવાના કામે જાય. થોડુંક કમાતો એ પુરુષ, ઘરના કે એના મિત્ર વર્ગને એની સાથે મજૂરી માટે બોલાવી લે. આવું સ્થળાંતર ચાલ્યા જ કરે અને એને પરિણામે સ્ત્રીઓ અને બાળકો એકલાં પડે. અહીંથી શરૂ થાય પારિવારિક, સામાજિક અને આર્થિક સમસ્યાઓ. બાળકોનું શિક્ષણ બગડે અને વિકાસ પણ રૂંધાય. પરગામમાં એકલો રહેતો પુરુષ ક્યારેક જાતીય રોગોનો ભોગ
પણ બને.
ધીરુભાઈ વાગડિયા સહિતના અનેક યુવાનો ૧૯૮૦ના ગાળામાં પોતાના અભ્યાસકાળ દરમિયાન અવાર-નવાર મળતા, સાથે મળીને ફરવા જતા. પોતાના ગામોના પ્રશ્નો અને પરિસ્થિતિઓથી તેઓ વાકેફ હતા. એટલે સતત કંઈક કરવાનું તેઓ વિચારતા. તે વખતે અભ્યાસ માટે માર્ગ- પરિવહન માટે પડતી મુશ્કેલીઓ, સમાજના વર્ગો વચ્ચેના ભેદ તથા લિંગભેદ જેવી બાબતો ચર્ચાતી.
ધીરુભાઈના વતન ક્રાંકચ ગામમાં એ વખતે જાહેર વાહનોની સુવિધા નહીંવત હતી તેમજ વીજળી પાણીના પ્રશ્નો તો ખરા જ. આ ગામમાં શેત્રુંજી અને ગાગડિયા નદીઓનું મિલન થાય છે. એ વખતે ચોમાસામાં મોટાભાગે આ વિસ્તાર બેટમાં ફેરવાઈ જતો. ક્રાંકચ ગામથી અમરેલી આવવા માટે વાહન વ્યવહારની પુરતી સગવડ ન હોવાથી ધોરણ ૭ પછીના આગળના અભ્યાસઅર્થે તથા હીરા ઘસવાના વ્યવસાય સાથે સંકળાયેલા વર્ગને મોટી મુશ્કેલી પડતી. તેને કારણે તથા વરસાદની અનિયમિતતાના કારણે લોકોના ખેતી વ્યવસાય તથા અન્ય રોજગારીમાં કોઈ ખાતરી રહેતી નહીં. ધીરુભાઈ અને તેમના સાથીઓએ વીજ બોર્ડમાં તથા રાજ્ય વાહન વ્યવહારની વિભાગીય કચેરીમાં રજૂઆત કરી, પરંતુ પરિણામ ન મળતાં ધીરુભાઈની આગેવાની હેઠળ લોકો ઉપવાસ ઉપર ઊતર્યા. ધીરુભાઈ આમરણ ઉપવાસ પર બેઠા. અન્ય મિત્રો તથા ગામના અમુક આગેવાનો, બહેનો સહિત અનેક લોકો તેમની સાથે પ્રતીક ઉપવાસમાં જોડાયા. અગિયારમા દિવસે પરિણામ મળ્યું. વીજ બોર્ડ તથા રાજ્ય વાહન વ્યવહારની વિભાગીય કચેરીના અધિકારીઓ તથા આ વિસ્તારના આગેવાન ખોડીદાસ ઠક્કર, ગામના સરપંચશ્રી લીંબાભાઈ દુધાત અને ગામના આગેવાનો વચ્ચે સમાધાન થતાં સ્થળ પર જ વીજબિલો સુધારી આપવામાં આવ્યા તથા માંગણી મુજબના લગભગ ૪૨ જેટલા બસ રૂટની ગામને સુવિધા મળે તે રીતે લેખિતમાં ખાતરી મળતાં આંદોલનનું સુખદ સમાધાન થયું. આ પ્રકારનું આંદોલન ગામલોકોએ પ્રથમવાર જોયું. આ રીતે લોકોની સમસ્યાનું નિરાકરણ આવી શકે છે તે વાત લોકોને સમજાઈ. ત્યાર પછી મિત્રો જ્યારે પણ મળતા ત્યારે કોઈ પણ બાબત સામે બાથ કેમ ભીડવી અને ઉકેલ માટે શું કરવું? આપણે શું કરી શકીએ? તેના ઉપર ગહન ચિંતન કરવાની શરૂઆત થઇ. આ અંગે વધુ વિચાર કરી તા. ૨૪/૧૧/૧૯૮૦ ટ્રસ્ટનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવામાં આવ્યું. સિમ્બોલ/લોગો પણ તૈયાર કર્યો, જેમાં ખેતી, સાહસ, રમત ગમત, શિક્ષણ સાથે સમાજમાં જાગૃતિ માટેની વાત દર્શાવી હતી. ટ્રસ્ટનું નામ હતું ‘‘ યુવક મિત્ર મંડળ જે ૧૯૯૪ માં બદલીને ‘‘શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર” કર્યું. ધીરુભાઈ કહે છે “અમે સમાજને જરૂરી તમામ ક્ષેત્રમાં કામ કરીએ છીએ પણ કેટલીક અજાણી વાતો કહું.
અમે ૨૨૦૦૦ ખેડૂતો સુધી પહોંચ્યા છીએ. ખેડૂતોની આવક વધે અને ખર્ચ ઓછો થાય એ માટે અમે પાંચ મોડ્યુલ બનાવ્યાં છે, ૬૧૫ જેટલાં લર્નિંગ ગ્રુપ બનાવ્યાં છે, જેમને સોઈલ હેલ્થ, વાવણી પછી છોડની તંદુરસ્તીની જાળવણી,રોગ-જંતુ નિવારણ, લણણીની પ્રક્રિયા, પેદાશોનું વેચાણ, સુરક્ષાના સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ, બાળમજૂરી ટાળવી જેવા વિષયો ઉપર નિયમિત તાલીમ આપીએ છીએ. ૧૧૫ ગામોમાં વિસ્તરેલી અમારી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ધીમું પણ સારું પરિવર્તન લાવી રહી છે. ખેડૂતો રાસાયણિક ખાતર અને જંતુનાશક દવાઓના ફાયદા - નુકસાન સમજતા થયા છે. કમનસીબે ૫% જેટલા જ ખેડૂતો સજીવ ખેતી તરફ વળ્યા છે પણ ૬૦% ખેડૂતો જોખમી વાઓ સાવધાનીથી વાપરતા થયા છે. આનંદની વાત એ છે કે ૮૦% બાયો ડાયવર્સિટી,પર્યાવરણ અને પક્ષીઓ માટે જાગૃત થયા છે. ખેડૂતોની આવક વધે અને તેમનું સ્વાસ્થ્ય સારું રહે તેવો અમારો પ્રયત્ન સફળતાના માર્ગે વિકસી રહ્યો છે.
૨૦૧૦માં લિંગભેદની સમસ્યા ઉપર અમે ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કર્યું હતું. શરૂઆતમાં અમે અમારી સામાન્ય સમજ પ્રમાણે યુવાનોને, સ્ત્રીઓ તથા યુવતીઓ પ્રત્યે સમાનતા અને સદભાવથી કેમ વર્તવું તે શીખવતા, પણ ૨૦૧૭માં પૂનાની એક સંસ્થા જે આ વિષયમાં વૈજ્ઞાનિક પદ્ધતિથી કામ કરતી હતી, તેમની પાસે અમે અભ્યાસ કરવા ગયા. એમની સાથે વિચાર-વિમર્શ કર્યા બાદ ૧૫ મોડ્યુલ તૈયાર કર્યાં. આ કોર્સમાં દાખલ થનાર યુવાનની દાખલ થાય ત્યારે પરીક્ષા લેવાય અને પછી દર શનિ- રવિવારે બે કલાકની તાલીમ અપાય. આ કોર્સમાં છોકરાઓને માનવ અધિકાર, લિંગભેદ સમાનતા, કિશોરાવસ્થામાં થતાં પરિવર્તનો, જાતિયતા, લિંગભેદ અને સ્વાસ્થ્ય, હિંસા અને મર્દાનગી, પુરુષત્વથી તકલીફો, યોનિક હિંસા, સ્ત્રી સન્માન, ઘરેલુ હિંસા, સ્વસ્થ સંબંધો જેવાં વિષયો બે કલાકની અવધિમાં શીખવામાં આવે છે. આ તાલીમ ૩-૪ મહિના ચાલે છે. વિવિધ ગામોમાં ૧૫-૨૦ છોકરાઓનું ગ્રુપ તૈયાર કરી તેમને સંવેદનશીલ બનાવવામાં આવે છે. આ જ યુવાનોની નેતૃત્વશક્તિ વિકસે છે અને એ જ યુવાનો પોતાના ગામમાં આ સંદેશો પહોંચાડે છે. છોકરાઓ વધુ સમજે એ માટે છોકરીઓની સાથે સંવાદ પણ યોજાય છે. કોર્સ બાદ પરીક્ષા લેવાય છે. જુદા જુદા ગામોના ૫૦૦ જેટલા છોકરાઓ આ તાલીમ પામી પોતાના વર્તનમાં પરિવર્તન લાવી શક્યા છે. મહિલાઓ પ્રત્યેનું તેમનું વર્તન અને વ્યવહાર હકારાત્મક બન્યો છે, જેનો અમને આનંદ છે.
આ વિસ્તારનો અન્ય પ્રશ્ન છે સ્થળાંતર કરતા લોકોના બાળકોના શિક્ષણનો. અમરેલીનાં ૭૧ અને બાબરાનાં ૪૫ ગામોમાં અમે અભ્યાસ કર્યો અને જોયું કે પશુપાલન કે મજૂરી કરતાં લોકો ૨ થી ૮ મહિના બહાર રહે છે. એમનાં બાળકોનો અભ્યાસ ન બગડે એટલે અમે નાના ગ્રુપમાં તેમને ભણાવવાનું શરૂ કર્યું છે. રમતાં રમતાં કક્કો બારાખડી, ગણિત, વિજ્ઞાન જેવાં વિષયો ૧૪ મોડેલથી શીખવી અનુકૂળ સમયે મુખ્ય ધારામાં સામેલ કરવાનો અમારો પ્રયાસ રહ્યો છે. સારાં પરિણામો અમને સતત પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે. સરકાર પ્રેરિત ચાઈલ્ડ લાઈન ઈન્ડિયા ફાઉન્ડેશનના કોલોબરેશનથી અમે ૧૦૯૮ હેલ્પ લાઈન સંભાળીએ છીએ જેનાથી બાળકોને પ્રત્યેક પરિસ્થિતિમાં સહાયરૂપ થવાય છે.”

હું વૈશ્નવ દર્શન આ સંસ્થા સાથે બે વર્ષ થી જોડાયેલો છું. શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર એ 1980 થી કાર્યરત એક વટવૃક્ષ કેમ હોય તેમ અવિરત સારા સમાજ કાર્ય કરતી સંસ્થા છે. તેમાં બીજાને મદદરૂપ થવા માટેના કાર્ય પણ ચાલે છે જેમકે વાત કરીએ તો બી સી (બેટર કોટન)કે જેમાં ખેડુતો ની આજીવિકામાં સુધારો લાવવા અને વાતવરણ સારું બનાવવાં માટે કામ કરે છે પછી તેમાં સમાવેશ અલગ અલગ મુદ્દા જેમ કે , કલાયમેન્ટ ચેન્જ, એન્ટર પ્રિંયોર, વુમન એમપાવરમેન્ટ વગેરે જેવા અન્ય મુદ્દાઓ ઉપર કામ કરે છે એજ રીતે ચાઈલ્ડ લાઈન પ્રોજેક્ટ કે જે વંચિત જૂથ લોકો અને બાળકો છે તમેને મદદરૂપ થાય છે એવી જ રીતે જેન્ડર-ઇકવાલીટી ફોર બોઇઝ પ્રોગ્રામ જેમાં નાના બાળકો ને પાયાથી જ શીખવામાં આવે છે જે સ્ત્રી પુરુષ વચ્ચે જે સમનતા ભેદભાવ જોવા મળે છે તે કંઈ રીતે દૂર કરી શકાય એવી જ રીતે લેમ્પ સી એ લે. પ્રોગ્રામ ચાલે જેમાં વંચિત જૂથ જે બાળકો જે તમને શિક્ષણ અને જ્ઞાન પૂરતું મળી રહે એ માટે આ કાર્યક્રમ છે. શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા ઘણાં વર્ષોથી કાર્યરત છે અને સંસ્થા ખેડુતો , મહીલાઓ, મજૂરો, બાળકો, વંચિત જૂથો લક્ષી ઘણા કાર્યક્રમો ચલાવે છે જે આ કાર્યક્રમો લોકોને ખૂબ ઉપયોગી નીવડ્યા છૅ. આ સંસ્થમાં જીવન પરિવર્તન, સચોટ માર્ગદર્શન, સતત નવું શીખવવું, કાર્ય માન અને સન્માન, સ્ટાફ કાર્ય ની કદર, દયા, ભાવના વગરે જેવા ભાવો સમાયેલા છે. આ સંસ્થા અવિરતપણે આ જ રીતે કાર્ય કરતી રહે અને સમાજ ને ઉપયોગી બની રહે તેવી મારી શુભકામના.

હું નિતિન સરવૈયા ગુજરત વિધાપીઠ અમદાવાદ થી MBA કરી રહ્યો છું તેના ભાગ રૂપે મે તારીખ: 1/1/24 થી 31/3/24 સુધી શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્રમાં ઇન્ટર્નશીપ કરી. આ તાલીમ દરમિયાન મને ઘણું બધું નવું શીખવા મળ્યું તેના માટે હું સંસ્થાનાં ડાયરેકટર શ્રી ધીરજભાઈ વાગડીયા અને SSKK ની આખી ટીમનો ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર માનુ છું. સંસ્થાના કર્મચારીઓ ખૂબ જ ઍક્ટીવ છે અને તેઓએ તેમના કામના સમય માંથી સમય કાઢીને અમને તાલીમ પૂરી પાડી તે ખૂબ જ સરાહનીય છે.

My internship gave me a unique opportunity to learn about the challenges and opportunities in community development. I gained practical experience in team collaboration and community engagement. I also developed my communication skills through interaction with Organization's members.
When I first met my mentor, Mr Dhirubhai, at my NGO before starting our work, he wanted me to know about the background of the NGO and its different centres. His main intention was to make me realise the conditions and the background from which the students were coming. The children came from a background where there was no atmosphere of education. Their parents keep migrating; hence, they must remember if they learn something.
Lack of support and interest hinder their educational growth. He explained these children's problems and situations, making me realise how comfortably I live.
I was given different tasks each day so that I had an overall idea and knowledge about the work done by the NGO, such as attending meetings, concentrating on their overall development, SWOT analysis, case study, and reaching on skills. Assigning different tasks daily gave me an overview of the work. I learned how to manage other tasks simultaneously within the given time frame.
The main thing which I have learned from this internship is to keep ourselves involved in all these kinds of social work as it makes us realize how beautiful our life becomes when we are there for others in need, and it gives us a ray of hope as well as the blessed feeling which is not at all easy to get these days. Despite all the hurdles, it truly moved us to offer back to society. Overall, the experience gave us another angle to look at and contribute towards our community.
Overall, my internship with Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra was a rewarding experience that allowed me to learn much and contribute to meaningful projects. I am grateful for the opportunity and look forward to using my learning in my future career.

શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્રએ 1980થી શિક્ષણ,આરોગ્ય, એજ્યુકેશન,કૃષિ ઉપર કામ કરી રહી છે.Sskk એ જરૂરીયાતમંદ લોકોને હંમેશા મદદરૂપ બની રહી છે આ સંસ્થામાં રેગ્યુલર અઠવાડિક મીટિંગ,મંથલી મીટિંગ,વાર્ષિકમિટિંગ તેમજ બોર્ડ મિટિંગ પણ સમયસર મળી રહે છે જેમાં સ્ટાફને સોંપવામાં આવેલ કામ તેમને કરેલ કામનું રેગ્યુલર follow up થાય છે અને કોઈ સ્ટાફને કામ કરવામાં મુશ્કેલી પડે તો તેનું નિરાકરણ લાવવામાં આવે છે. 1980થી સંસ્થામાં ઘણા ઉતાર ચડાવ આવેલ છે પણ સંસ્થા તેના મનોબળ સાથે લોકો સાથે આત્મીયતા સાથે કામ કરી રહી છે જેમાં ખેડૂતો, નિરાધાર લોકો, ગરીબ બાળકો, વગરે એવા વિષયો પર ખૂબ પ્રગતિશીલ કામ કરી રહ્યા છે.. છેવાડાના ગામો સુધી સંપર્ક સાધ્યો છે... લોકોમાં જાગૃતિ અંગેનાં કાર્યો હોય કે પછી શૌચાલય બનાવાની કામગીરી... આ તમામ કામો ખૂબ બખૂબી સંસ્થા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યા છે આવી કોરોના જેવી મહામારીના સમયમાં પણ સંસ્થાએ લોકોને જાગૃત રહેવા માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું છે અને Mask, Sanitize, લોકો સુધી પહોંચાડેલ છે. સંસ્થાના દરેક કાર્યોમાં અપાર સફળતામાં દરેક એવી વ્યક્તિનો હાથ છે જે તમામ સંસ્થા સાથે જોડાયેલા છે. તેમને વંદન છે ધીરુભાઈ વાગડીયાને કે જેમણે સંસ્થા માટે પોતાના અથાગ પ્રયત્નો સતત કરી રહિયા છે આ સંસ્થાને વધુ લોકો સુધી કામગીરી પહોંચાડવા માટે મારી દરેક લોકોને વિનંતિ છે કે આ સંસ્થાને ફૂલ નહિ તો ફૂલની પાંખડી સહયોગ કરશો જેનાથી સંસ્થા વધુ લોકોને મદદરૂપ થઇ શકે મને ગર્વ છે કે આવા નાના એવા જિલ્લામાં હું આ સંસ્થા જોડાયેલો છું.

SSKK છેલ્લા 40 વર્ષથી અમરેલી માં કાર્યરત છે.સંસ્થા દ્વારા રાજ્યના 5 થી વધારે જિલ્લામાં કામગીરી કરી છે સંસ્થાએ સરકાર,કંપની, એનજીઓ અને ફોરીન ફંડ નાં પ્રોજેક્ટ માં કામ કર્યું છે.જેમાં લાઇવલી હૂડ,ખેતીવાડી,પાણી,આરોગ્ય, શિક્ષણ અને મહિલા સશક્તી કરણ જેવા મુખ્ય કામો રહ્યા છે.આ તમામ કામગીરીનો હું 40 વર્ષથી સાક્ષી રહ્યો છું.સંસ્થાનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ સમાજ ની આર્થિક અને સામાજિક freedom નો છે જે માં સંસ્થા શત પ્રતિશત સફળ થયેલ છે .સંસ્થા સામાજિક જે ચિત્ર જોવા માગે છે તેમાં ઘણી આર્થિક સહયોગ ની જરૂરત જણાય છે.

SSKK is a NGO which works in rural areas of Amreli district. It works for childcare, education, and for farmers. It's main project right now is BCI which targets farmers whose main income source is cotton crop. And tries to improve quality of cotton so that income of farmers can be increased. Also it works on project like LAMP,CLA which aims to provide education assistance to children.

My work background
I have completed my studies in MRS 2022 in Shardagram, Mangarol with Horticulture as the main subject. My hometown is Madhavpur (Ghed). This area of my hometown is in pobandar taluka of porbandar district.
I joined Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra (SSKK) on 1/8/2022. I am assigned as Field Facilitator (FF) in Timbi Cluster (INGJ14) in Uttam Cotton Initiative (BCI) program running in the institute. Got information about the program and tried to get information about different activities done by the team.
Meetings and training are conducted with farmers and farm labourers to get better and more production at a low cost to the farmers. Find out about the processes involved in providing information to farmers, building their skills to practice sustainable practices, maintaining health and environment, keeping children of farmers and farm labourers in school, gender non-discrimination and how to deal with diseases and pests through biological control.
In this program various activities are done by the team i.e. team members like visiting the farmers and collecting data about diseases, pests, which medicine is sprayed in cotton and well monitoring, taking TDS of water etc. is Also get information about how all these operations are done like creating register, creating FFB.
SSKK was established in 1980 by a group of young dedicated volunteers to examine the prevailing conditions at that time. Currently, it has three programs namely 1. Training and Education, 2. Health and Environment and 3. Agricultural groth and Disaster Risk Reduction.
Thus, during the few days, we got an understanding about the program, the work done in it and the objective of the program. So far I have learned and understood a lot. I'll continue to learn new things. I am very thankful to the organization for this.

World Against Child Labour Day

World day against Child Labour is celebrated around the world in protest of child labour, for the protection and rights of children. Worldwide, 152 million children between the ages of 5 and 17 are involved in child labour. Of these, 73 million children are involved in hazardous labour. 1 in 10 children in the world is directly or indirectly involved in child labour. The purpose of "Child Line 1098" in India is to prevent child Labour. The proclamation prohibits the employment of child labourers in hotels, restaurants, food and beverage Lorries, tea kettles, roadside terraces, spas, entertainment venues and even in housework. According to the legal provision, those who employ children are liable to imprisonment for 3 months to 2 years or a fine of Rupees 10,000 to 20,000.
World Day Against Child Labor is celebrated globally on June 12 every year. World Child Labor Day program was organized by Amreli Child Line team. The team from the Khambha block of the BCI project at The Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra was also present. Children of migrant families in the village, children of the village, Anganwadi worker, Sarpanch of the village were present.
All introduced himself at the beginning of the program. The children said their names. Talked openly with the children, gave the children complete information about Child Line 1098. Children were made aware of their rights. Explained what World against Child Labor Day is all about. What is called child labor, what is the bad effect of child labor on children's lives, everything was explained to the children present.
Doing activities that encourage children to learn, coloring children in pictures, played paw games. The children were made to dance by installing a music system, the girls sang a welcome song to them. Had a lot of fun with the kids and at the insistence of the children we went to meet their parents. The parents of the children were given an understanding of what Child Line 1098 is and if there is any problem related to children, they were asked to report to 1098. Explained how important children's study is for them and asked them to send their children to regular school.
Thus, the World Day Against Child Labor was celebrate successfully.

The first step in the social sphere
My name is Saloni Rathod. My village is Chandwana, Taluka Mangrol, District Junagadh. I have 6 members in my family. I am a BRS. Completed in 2019. I have loved helping others since I was a child.
During the study, I came to know about the social upliftment work done by the organizations working in the social field. In the first year of college, NSS camp In Loej, in the second year, farmer's camp In Ahmedabad and in the third year, Kendra Niwas was conducted in Aga Khan-Mangrol. So I got to know a little bit. When after completing my studies, due to my eagerness and hobby to work in the social field, I started trying to join organizations working in that field ...
Thus, during the effort I was informed about SSKK- Shikshan ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra (Education and Social Welfare Center) and about the role of field facilitator in the program running in it, I sent my curriculum vitae. An online interview was conducted in August 2021 by Dhiraj Vagadia and PU manager Pravin Jalandhara. Knowing my proper information gave me an excellent opportunity to work in the organization.
That's when I started working in the social sphere. My SSKK continued to play a role as FF in the BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) program at this organization. I developed an understanding of the scope, purpose, etc. of the organization. Then my place of appointment in BCI program: Cluster Office TMB-PUINGJ14 and tried to know the objectives of BCI program.
Different programs are running in the organization.
1. Training and Education (Gender, Child Care, Education, Self-Employment, Microfinance, Skill Development)
2. Health and environment (health awareness, conservation of natural resources)
3. Growth of Agricultural and Disaster risks
All these programs are run by SSKK and Hariraj Charitable Trust. Which works the following 9 clusters.
1. INGJ14 Timbi, 2. INGJ27 Dhokdava, 2. INGJ45 Chital, 2. INGJ46 Khambha Khambha, 2. INGJ48 lathi, 2. Mandala (Vadodara), 2. LAMP Babra, 2. GEB Khambha, 2. CLA Amreli
All these clusters have programs like Agriculture Extension Service, BCI, RELL, Lamp, Gender, Center for Learning Assistant etc ... And Organization, FPO is also working by the organization. 1. JAPCO - Timbi, 2. Sorath - Dhokdava, 2. Avirat - Khambha.
I have been working in the BCI program for the last 9 months. The entire program is run by 7 principals, 29 criteria, 86 indicators (44 improvements and 42 cores).
Thus, after I got the understanding about the organization and program, the field area 4 villages (Kakidi Moli, Moti Moli, Naliyeri Moli and Sondardi) were handed over to me. There were some difficulties in the beginning. Because the area was unfamiliar to me. So it was not convenient to work. But as I got acquainted with the farmer, he became interested in my work and my work became easier.
Right now, if any task is assigned to me, I will complete it accurately and in due time. This month my colleague Manisha has started a learning center to help disadvantaged children in their learning process. In it I play the role of assistant.
Thus, the beginnings and current working methods, understanding and working skills have improved a lot. I tried to write my goal statement and also did a training so that the team members could get help to write it. With the help of family, I have chosen my spouse. Shortly after joining this organization, I have undergone an unprecedented change. I am grateful to all my colleagues in the organization for that.

The first training at the beginning of my work
I completed BRS from Sharda gram Mangrol in the year 2020 with the main subject extension. Joined the Timbi cluster of the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra in August 2021. From 9/8/2021 to 14/8/2021, training was conducted in the Amreli office of the institute in which an attempt was made to know about the programs of the institute like Gender, Training, Education, Health, Environment, Agriculture and Disaster Risk.
I came to know that the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra was set up in 1980 by a group of dedicated youth volunteers who were economically weak due to inadequate livelihoods in the farming business due to water scarcity due to frequent droughts. This was done to provide alternative livelihood choices for the healthy lives of young migrant women and children.
Ms Shraddha Kathiriya spoke about the "Gender Equitable Boys" program, which is run in collaboration with the Hariraj Charitable Trust and with the educational support of the Equal Community Foundation (ECF). Currently, the first round of the foundation course of gender education with boys and the second round of Action for Equality for implementation and leadership of this education are going on. 15 sessions are taken in both the courses. Gained knowledge of the subjects being taught in each session.
Mr Arjun Zanjrukia provided information on Childline 1098. It is run in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Children of the Government of India and the Childline India Foundation. The Toll-Free Helpline for the Rights, Care and Protection of Children started on 14th August 2019. In which information about the services provided to the children was found.
Dental Health Awareness, Centre for Learning Assistance, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Teach for Girls, Lamp (Learning and Migration Program), Agricultural Insurance Schemes, Various Training, Student Placement (Kendranivas, Field Work, Village Field Segment) Become aware of the ongoing work for.
Mr Dhirubhai, the director of the institute, conducted a process for SWOT analysis in which an exercise was done to identify our characteristics and skills. Characteristics Curiosity means the desire to know e.g. newspapers, current affairs etc. Imagination means the act of worshipping a new thought or image is called imagination. Receptivity means learning about skills in social work with acceptance. From this, I became clear about identifying my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and fears (threats/challenges).
Pages 4 and 5 of the organization's monthly magazine “TAPAK July 2021” were a slogan. The only motto I could remember from the whole booklet was "Win-win, lose-win, Win-lose and lose-lose". Dhirubhai tried to make sense by giving a few examples of paradigms but there is still more to learn.
There was also an opportunity to sit in the core group meeting of senior members of the organization. In which issues of the management process of the organization were discussed. Understood the process of making collective decisions through discussion. All the activities of the organization were discussed in this meeting and what I had learned was repeated.
Information about the project I work on I got from the project manager and project team shared it with other project staff here. Missing details were obtained. As LG tried to easily understand the principles and standards of BCI in addition to meeting skills, talking to farmers, and consulting with schools/institutions/government offices and stakeholders.
During my stay in the Amreli office of the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra for six days, I will apply what I have learned in my field as well as in my life.

I aware of the operation of cooperative organization. I got to know about the voluntary organization (Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra) this month. The organization's team is embedded with social service functions. Here farmers, women and children are given counseling, training and guidance.
I am happy to have got a chance to work with children with this organization.

It was a great experience to work with SSKK Team. SSKK is doing really well for the overall upliftment of people in Amreli & Gir-Somnath Districts of Saurashtra region in Gujarat. I have personally observed all the activities of SSKK & amazed by the day-to-day activities carried out by SSKK members as like Gender Education for boys, BCI Project for farmer's development, bio-diversity programs, dental hygiene & many more. These activities can impart grass root level changes in community. SSKK is doing really great tasks with non-profit base motto in the region. Even all the staff members of SSKK are also very much co-operative, showing a great hospitality pattern of Saurashtra region. Thank you SSKK Team for providing an opportunity to work with team.
SSKK is doing a great work in the field of agriculture, health, environment, gender rights and education. I have witnessed all these activities during my study at the Dhokadva village for 3 weeks. I must congratulate SSKK for all these noble works.
It was a humble and enlightening experience working with SSKK. This is very first time I was volunteering for an NGO and team at SSKK whole heartedly embraced us with our very little or rather no understanding of the field and cause towards which they are working on.
Grateful and humbled to learn a plethora of areas the team is working in. Be it for Children, women, farmers, human rights and social awareness. શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા ઘણાં વર્ષોથી કાર્યરત છે અને સંસ્થા ખેડુતો , મહીલાઓ, મજૂરો, બાળકો, વંચિત જૂથો લક્ષી ઘણા કાર્યક્રમો ચલાવે છે જે કાર્યક્રમો લોકોને ખૂબ ઉપયોગી નીવડ્યા છૅ માટે સંસ્થા અમરેલી જિલ્લા માટે ગૌરવ રૂપ છે.
શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા દ્વારા 2017 થી BCI પ્રોજેકટ આવવાથી ખાંભા તાલુકાના 57 ગામો માંથી 20 ગામોમાં કાર્યરત છે જેમાં જુદા જુદા ડેમો કરાવવા ,સક્સેસ ખેડૂતો પાસેથી માહિતી એકત્રિત કરી અન્ય ખેડૂતો સુધી માહિતી પહોસતિ કરવી તેમજ સક્સેસ ખેડૂત ની સ્ટોરી ટપક પુસ્તિકા માં લેખ આપવામાં આવે છે તેમજ કપાસ ના પાક માં ગુલાબી ઈયળ આગોતરા આયોજન માટે ફેરોમેન્ ટ્રેપ લગાવવા જમીન સકાસણી કરાવવી ,અલગ અલગ જીવાત માટે દવઓની ભલામણ બાબતે તેમજ કૃષિ વિજ્ઞાન કેન્દ્ર ના ખેતીલક્શી મેસેજ ખેડૂતો ના ગ્રુપ માં શેર કરી ને વિવિધ માહિતી સંસ્થા ના કાર્યકરો દ્વારા ખેડૂતો સુધી માહિતી પાહોસાડવામા આવે છે આમ આ પ્રોજેક્ટ આવ્યા બાદ ખેડૂતો ને ખેતી ખર્ચ માં ઘટાડવાના પ્રયાસો બહુ સારા કરે છે અને સંસ્થાની કામગીરી બહુ સારી રીતે થાય છે

Childline 1098 Program is one of the potential programs driven by the organization, under the Ministry of Women and Child, Government of India for 24 hours. A toll-free helpline for child rights, care and protection. The organization has been working as a Collaborative Agency in CHILDLINE since 14 August 2019. During the period of 8 months, we have received 32 call cases and tried to resolve them. We have completed 18 awareness programs, 243 outreach, 11 open house – school programs and covered 3224 face to face meetings with children. The organization has also prepared a drama on juvenile offenses.

હું જ્યારે આ સંસ્થા મા જોડાયો ત્યારે મારે અન્ય એક સંસ્થા અને ગવર્ન્મેન્ટ પ્રોજેક્ટ સિવાય બીજો કશો અનુભવ ના હતો.
શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર અમરેલી વિશે જ્યારે વાત કરવાંની આવે ત્યારે શબ્દો ઓછા પડે કારણ કે જ્યારે અમે ખેતી ના વિષયમાં નહિવત જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા હતા ત્યારે અમને આ જ્ઞાન પીરસતી મા એટલે કે શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા.
૨૦૧૫માથી ખેડૂત તરીકે ધોકડવા પીયુ ૨૭ મા હતો પરંતું ખ્યાલના હતો કે ખેડૂતોની ભલાઈ માટે આ સંસ્થા ખૂબ સરસ પ્રયત્નો કરે છે. પણ જ્યારે કાર્યકર્તા તરીકે ૨૦૧૭ મા જોડાયો તો ફિલ્ડમાં પ્રત્યક્ષ ખેડૂતો સાથે કામ કરવાનું થયું શરૂઆતના સમયે તો ઓછો ખ્યાલ આવતો પરંતુ કૌશિકભાઈ પંડયાના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ઘણી તાલીમો અને મીટીંગનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવતું તેમાંથી ઘણું બધું શીખી શક્યા સાથે સાથે સંસ્થામાંથી પણ ઘણી બધી તાલીમો આપવામાં આવતી તેથી અમારું ખેતી ક્ષેત્રેમાં જો કોઈ સંસ્થાએ ઘડતર કર્યું હોય તો તે આ સંસ્થામાંથી થયું છે. આપણી સંસ્થાના ડાયરેક્ટર શ્રી ધીરુભાઈ વાગડિયા સાહેબનો આભાર માનવો ઘટે કે જેઓએ વારંવાર કાંઈક નવું શીખવાનો મોકો આપી ખેતી ક્ષેત્રે કાર્યકર્તા, તેમજ ખેડૂતોનું કલ્યાણ કરવાનું બીડું ઝડપ્યું છે.

હું છેલ્લાં ૧૨ વર્ષથી ખેતી સાથે સંકળાયેલો છું અને ૪ વર્ષ પહેલાં ટાટા bci પ્રોજેક્ટમાં જોડાયો જેમાં મને કપાસ, મગફળી, અને રવિ પાક વિશે માહિતી મળી રહે છે પહેલાંના સમયમાં અમે ચીલા ચાલુ પધ્ધતિ થી કપાસ પક્વતા અને આડેધડ રાસાયણિક ખાતર અને દવાઓ નો ઉપયોગ કરતાં પરંતુ શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર અમરેલી સંસ્થા દ્વારા ચાલતા Bci પ્રોજેક્ટમાંથી અમને મળતી તાલીમ અને ફિલ્ડમાં આવતા કાર્યકરો દ્વારા સતત માહિતી અને માર્ગદર્શન પૂરું પાડે છે જેથી ખેતી મા સમસ્યાઓ ઓછી થઈ જાય છે અને હાલ સંસ્થા ના કાર્યકર મનાલી દ્વારા ખેતીમાં પ્રોજેક્ટ માંથી આવતી અપડેટ પૂરું પાડે છે. ખુબ ખુબ આભાર મનાલી પિત્રોડા,અને SSKK અમરેલી સંસ્થાનો હમેશાં પ્રગતીશીલ રહો અને ખેડૂતોની રાહદારી નિભાવતાં રહો.

કઈક નવું શીખવાની ઈચ્છાથી જૂન ૨૦૧૯ થી ફિલ્ડ ફેસિલિટર તરીકે સંસ્થામાં કાર્યની શરૂઆત કરી.
ખેતી વિશે સાંભળતા તો એવું લાગતું કે માત્ર બીજ વાવણી , લણણી અને વેચાણ. પરંતુ,નહિ..જેટલો નાનો શબ્દ એટલો જ વિશાળ અર્થ અને મહત્વ છે.
અત્યાર સુધીમાં ખેડૂતો સાથે મિટિંગ ,તાલીમ અને મુલાકાતો બાદ ઘની બાબતો ની સ્પષ્ટતા મેળવી છે.૪૫૦૦ ખેડૂતો સાથે કાર્ય કરતા સતત નવું શીખવા અને જાણવા મળ્યું છે..

Improved agriculture practice
Cotton is the major crop and forms the back bone of the agriculture economy in the project area. However many farmers are currently practicing traditional methodology of farming and also use local variety of seeds. Earlier experience of SSKK. Shows that use of treated seeds and minor alteration in farming practice viz. land alkalinity treatment, timing of showing, controlling irrigation frequency and weeding practice has increased yield up to 40% with minimal increase in input cost. The project would demonstrate improved agriculture practice in more than 37 villages in the project area.

વાત કરું તો, ૬ મહિના પહેલા LAMP શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થામાં કામ કરતા ગોરધનભાઈ વાઘેલાનો મને ફોન આવ્યો અને કહ્યું કે શ્રદ્ધા તારે એક G4tech પ્રોગ્રામ અંતર્ગત જેમાં ૧૧ થી ૧૬ વર્ષની છોકરીઓ સાથે શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃતિઓ કરાવવાની છે. આ પ્રોગ્રામનો ઉદેશ્ય યુવતીઓને STEM એટલે કે Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics માં કુશળતા વિકસાવવા માટે પ્રેરણા આપે છે. વૈશ્વિક સ્તરે વિજ્ઞાન અને ગણિતના ધોરણો પર આધારિત એક STEM અભ્યાસક્રમ વિકસિત કર્યો છે જે આપણી ચુકવણી તકનીક, એલ્ગોરિધમ્સ, એન્ક્રિપ્શન, ફ્રોડ ડિટેક્શન, ડેટા વિશ્લેષણ, ડિજિટલ કન્વર્ઝન અને નેટવર્કની શક્તિ દર્શાવે છે. વિશ્વની છોકરીઓને બતાવે છે કે તે સ્ટેમમાં કારકીર્દિ બનાવવા માટે તમામ પ્રકારની રુચિઓ અને કુશળતા શોધવાની છે.
મારે અમરેલી તાલુકાના ૧૦ ગામો સાથે કામ કરવાનું હતું. મને સપોર્ટ માટે હાર્દિકભાઈ અને રસિકભાઈ હતા. આ પ્રોગ્રામ માટે મને ૪ મોડ્યુલ આપવામાં આવ્યા અને આ ૪ મોડ્યુલ મારે ૧ ડીસેમ્બર થી જુન ૩૦ સુધી ચલાવવાના હતા સાથે સાથે રીપોર્ટ પણ મહીને મોકલવાના, હું તો મૂંજાણી કેમ કે મારી આ પ્રોગ્રામ પર કોઈ તાલીમ નોહતી થઇ અને ક્લાસ લેવા માટે પણ જવાના. છતાં પણ કોઈની મદદ લઈને, થોડું જાતે સમજીને રીપોર્ટ સમયસર મોકલતી અને ક્લાસ પણ લેતી.
આ પ્રોગ્રામથી છોકરીઓને ફાયદો થયો અને મારા જ્ઞાનમાં પણ વધારો થયો. મને ગર્વ છે કે મેં આ ક્લાસમાં ૨૩૬ છોકરીઓ સાથે કામ કર્યું અને આ બધા વિષય ઉપર જાણકારી આપી. હું મારી શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ સંસ્થાની આભારી છું કે મને આ પ્રોગ્રામ ઉપર કામ કરવાનો મોકો આપ્યો.

With the involvement of 21000 farming families, targeted area's laborers and children, their parents, school management committee members we are trying to achieve the objectives of the Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra.
I am connected with this esteemed organization since 7 years and learned lot of valuable lessons. SSKK works for the betterment of children, women, farmers etc. Main focus is on the Child education, women empowerment, awareness in farmers regarding organic farming and protect biodiversity. More than 20,000 farmers and more than 1000 children n women are the benificeries here.
SSKK organize many skill development program for the staff members to improve the quality of work. Transperancy in documentation and work is the main focus.
I personally learned many important things and improved my self confidence and work quality.

હું શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર માં છેલ્લાં બે વર્ષથી કામ કરી રહ્યો છું મને આ સંસ્થા માંથી ઘણું બધું શીખવા મળ્યું છે હાલ હું ખાંભા INGJ 46-PU માં 20 ગામોમાં કામ કરી રહી છે તેમજ હું ભાડ અને વાકિયા ગામે 400 ખેડૂત સાથે ફિલ્ડ ફેસિલેટર તરીકે ફરજ બજાવું છું જેમાં હું બહેનો અને ભાઈ ઓ ની મીટિંગ તેમજ તાલીમ તેમજ રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત કરી એ છીએ... તેમાં મણે ઘણા બધા અનુભવો અને ઘણું બધું શીખવા મળ્યું છે તેનો હું સંસ્થા નો આભાર માનું છું.

પાકોને લગતી માહિતી તથા કપાસની માહિતી વ્યવસ્થીત સમજાવે છે જેવીકે કપાસના પાકને ઉપરનથી કટિંગ કરવાથી ફ્લાવરિંગ માં વધારો થાય છે,પાકા બીલના બિયારણ નો ઉપયોગ કરવો,ફેરોમેન ટ્રેપ નો ઉપયોગ કરવાથી ગુલાબી ઈયળ નું નિયંત્રણ કરી શકાય છે

રાજુભાઈ આમબલિયા ખાંભા ગામે રહું છુ અને ખેતી સાથે સંકળાયેલો છુ.bci પ્રોજેક્ટ અને sskk સંસ્થા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવતી વિવિધ માહિતી અમને ખુબ ઉપયોગી બને છે. bci પ્રોજેક્ટ ના કાર્યકર્તાઓ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતી મીટીંગોમાં અવાર નવાર હું હાજરી આપું છું. હું છેલ્લા ચાર વર્ષથી ઉપરાંત ઘણા ખેડૂતો મારી મુલાકાતે આવે તેને પણ માહિતી આપું છુ .અમરેલી કૃષિ વિજ્ઞાન કેન્દ્ર ના માધ્યમ થી અમને ઓર્ગેનિક મગફળી માટે ઈનપુટ અને ખાતર આપવામાં આવેલું તેનાથી અમારે કોઈ પણ ખર્ચ વગર સારું એવું મગફળીનું ઉત્પાદ

અમરેલી શીક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા દ્વારા BCI પ્રોજેક્ટમાં છેલ્લા 2 વર્ષથી જોડાયેલો છું અને જે કપાસ પર કામગિરી કરી રહ્યા છે.
ઉત્તમ કપાસની પહેલ કાર્યક્રમ અંતર્ગત અવાર નવાર મીટીંગો કરવામાં આવતી જેમાં અમે હાજર રહેતા અને માહિતી મેળવતા.કોરોના પછી મીટીંગો શક્ય ના હતી તેથી ફેસીલીટર અમારા ખેતર પર રૂબરૂ મુલાકાતે આવે છે અને ઓનલાઈન મીટીંગો માં અમને જોડવા માટે જણાવે છે.
સંસ્થા ખેડૂતોને ઓછા ખર્ચે ઉત્પાદન વધારી શકાય તેવી માહિતી આપે છે જે અમને ઉપયોગી બની રહે છે...ધન્યવાદ....

શિક્ષણ અને સમજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતી કામગીરી ખુબજ સારી છે.ખેડૂતોના ઘરે રુબરુ માર્ગદર્શન આપે છે ખેતી ની તમામ પ્રકારની માહિતી આપે છે.BCI પ્રોગ્રામ સાથે હું છેલ્લા બે વર્ષ થી જોડાયેલો છુ. મારું નામ અરવિંદભાઈ ધોરાજીયા છે હું ઈંગોરાળા ગામે ખેતી કરું છું.
પાકોને લગતી માહિતી તથા કપાસની માહિતી વ્યવસ્થીત સમજાવે છે જેવીકે કપાસના પાકને ઉપરનથી કટિંગ કરવાથી ફ્લાવરિંગ માં વધારો થાય છે,પાકા બીલના બિયારણ નો ઉપયોગ કરવો,ફેરોમેન ટ્રેપ નો ઉપયોગ કરવાથી ગુલાબી ઈયળ નું નિયંત્રણ કરી શકાય છે.

હું હિંમતભાઈ સભાયા ઈંગોરાળા ગામે રહું છુ bci પ્રોજેક્ટ સાથે છેલ્સંલા બે વર્ષથી સંકળાયેલો છુ.bci પ્રોજેક્ટ અને sskk સંસ્થા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવતી વિવિધ માહિતી અમને ખુબ ઉપયોગી બને છે. bci પ્રોજેક્ટ ના કાર્યકર્તાઓ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવતી મીટીંગોમાં હું અવાર નવાર હાજર રહું છુ.
ગુલાબી ઈયળ સામે આમતો કોઈ અસરકારક ઉપાય નથી પરંતુ આ વર્ષે BCI ના કાર્યકર્તા વિશાલભાઈ ભેડા અમારા ખેતર પર મુલાકાતે આવ્યા અને તે સમયે કપાસ માત્ર ૭૦ દિવસનો હતો અને તેમાં ગુલાબી ઈયળ જોવા મળી હતી .ફેરોમેન જેવી ટેકનોલોજી ના ઉપયોગ બાબતે અમને માહિતી મળી ત્યારે અમે તે અમારા ખેતર માં લગાવી અને તેમાં ફૂદા પકડાયા ત્યારે અમે તે સામે દવા છંટકાવ કરી શક્યા.
આમ, અમને ઉપયોગી માહિતી મળતી રહે છે.ખુબ ખુબ આભાર...

મારું નામ મેહુલ સોજીત્રા .
BCI પ્રોજેક્ટ અને SSKK સંસ્થા સાથે છેલ્લા બે વર્ષથી અમે જોડાયેલા છીએ.ગત વર્ષે અમને બે વીઘા કપાસના પાચ પ્રકારના બિયારણો આપવામાં આવેલા અને BCI PU ૪૬ ટીમ અને પ્રવીણભાઈ જાલન્ધરા દ્વારા તેને અલગ અલગ અંતરે એટલે કે અઢી ફૂટ અને ૩ ફૂટે વાવેતર માટે સજેસ્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યું .બે વીઘા જમીન માંથી અને ખુબ સારું ૨૫ થી ૩૦ મણનું ઉત્પાદન મેળવી શક્યાહતા..સંસ્થા દ્વારા આમ અવાર નવાર પ્રયોગો ખેડૂતો સુધી પહોચાડવામાં આવે છે...ખુબ ખુબ અભાર...

હું જનકભાઈ રાઠોડ ખાંભા ગામમાં રહું છુ, મને એસ.એસ.કે.કે. સંસ્થા અંતર્ગત ચાલતા અવિરત એફ.પી.ઓ. અને પ્રોસીફ પ્રોજેક્ટ થકી અર્ક મશીન ની સહાય મળી છે, જેના ઉપયોગથી હું ગૌમૂત્ર અર્ક, લીમડાનો અર્ક ઝડપથી બનાવી શકાય છે. લોકોના સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે અર્ક એક સારું માધ્યમ બની રહે છે.

હું શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર માં છેલ્લાં બે વર્ષથી કામ કરી રહ્યો છું મને આ સંસ્થા માંથી ઘણું બધું શીખવા મળ્યું છે હાલ હું ખાંભા INGJ 46-PU માં 20 ગામોમાં કામ કરી રહી છે તેમજ હું ભાડ અને વાકિયા ગામે 400 ખેડૂત સાથે ફિલ્ડ ફેસિલેટર તરીકે ફરજ બજાવું છું જેમાં હું બહેનો અને ભાઈ ઓ ની મીટિંગ તેમજ તાલીમ તેમજ રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત કરી એ છીએ... તેમાં મણે ઘણા બધા અનુભવો અને ઘણું બધું શીખવા મળ્યું છે તેનો હું સંસ્થા નો આભાર માનું છું...
શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા ચાલતા bci પ્રોજેક્ટમાં હું બેચર સવરા છેલા ત્રણ વર્ષથી જોડાયેલ છું જેમાં કૃષિ લક્ષી ,મહિલા ખેડૂત , બાળકો ,જરૂરિયાત મંદ લોકો સાથે કામગીરી કરવામાં આવે છે જેમાં ખાંભા તાલુકા ના આજુબાજુ ના 20 ગામો ની અંદર કામગીરી કરવામાં આવે છે જેમાં હુ લાસા તેમજ ઉમરીયા ગામમા ફિલ્ડ ફેસીલેટીટેર તરીકે હુ 450ખેડુતો સાથે કામ કરુ છુ જેમા મને ઘણો બદલાવ જોવા મળેલ છે જેમ કે જમીન સકાસણી કરાવતા થયા તેમજ દવઓનો ઉપયોગ ઓછો કરતા થયા તેમજ ફેરોમેન્ ટ્રેપ નો ઉપયોગ કરતા થયા ખેડુતૉ મા bci પ્રોજેક્ટ થકી ઘણૉ બદલાવ જોવા મળેલ,જેથી શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા વતી મને ઘણું શીખવા મળ્યું જેથી સંસ્થા નો આભાર માનું છું,

મારું નામ નેહા ગોસ્વામી છે હું વાકીયા ગામે રહું છું. શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્ર સંસ્થા અને પ્રોસિફ પ્રોગ્રામના માધ્યમથી અવારનવાર અમારા ગામમાં મિટિંગ અને વેબીનાર કરવામાં આવે છે જેમાં હું હમેશા જોડાવ છું અને મને નવું નવું શીખવા મળે છે.મે સિલાઈ કામ માટે તાલીમ લીધેલી છે પરંતુ મારી પાસે સિલાઈ મશીન ના હતું પરંતુ પ્રીસિફ પ્રોગ્રામ ના માધ્યમ થી આજે મને સિલાઈ મશીન ખરીદવા માટે મદદ મળી છે સાથે સાથે સોલાર થી પણ હું તેને ચલાવી શકું છું અને વીજળી બિલ પણ બચાવી શકું છું.
તો આવી રીતે sskk સંસ્થા અને પ્રોસીફ પ્રોગ્રામ અને કાર્યકર્તાઓ ની હું આભારી રહીશ.

છેલ્લા એક વર્ષથી હુ Sskk અને ચાઇલ્ડ લાઇન સાથે જોડાયેલ છુ. આ સંસ્થા સાથે જોડાયા બાદ ઘણું શીખવા મળ્યું છે. તેથી હું સંસ્થાની આભારી છુ.

છેલ્લા એક વર્ષ થી હું SSKK અને અવિરત એફ.પી.ઓ. સાથે જોડાયેલ છુ. સ્નેહાકુંજા ટ્રસ્ટ,પ્રોસીફ પ્રોગ્રામ હેઠળ લઘુ ઉદ્યોગ માટે મને સોલાર ઉર્જા દ્વારા સંચાલીત સિલાઈ મશીન ખરીદી માટે સહાય મળેલ છે જેની મદદથી આજે હું ઓર્ડર મુજબ સમય સર સિલાઈ કાર્ય કરી સારી એવી આવક મેળવી રહી છુ. સાથે સાથે વેચાણ અને માર્કેટિંગ માટે અમને કાર્યકર્તાઓ તરફથી પણ સહયોગ મળતો રહેલ છે.

છેલ્લા બે વર્ષ થી હું SSKK અને BCI પ્રોગ્રામ સાથે લર્નિંગ ગ્રુપમાં જોડાયેલ છુ અને છેલ્લા એક વર્ષ થી અવિરત એફ.પી.ઓ. સાથે સ્નેહાકુંજા ટ્રસ્ટ,પ્રોસીફ પ્રોગ્રામ હેઠળ લઘુ ઉદ્યોગ માટે મને સોલાર ડ્રાયર ખરીદી માટે સહાય મળેલ છે જેની મદદથી અમે કાચરી , અથાણા , સરગવા પાવડર,ફુદીના પાવડર બનાવી સારી એવી આવક મેળવી રહ્યા છીએ ..
ઉપરાંત ,વેચાણ અને માર્કેટિંગ માટે અમને કાર્યકર્તાઓ તરફથી સતત સહયોગ મળતો રહેલ છે.

મારું નામ રમેશભાઈ છે, હું છેલ્લા ૧૫ વર્ષ થી ખેતી ના કાર્ય સાથે સંકળાયેલ છું. આ સંસ્થા છેલ્લાં ત્રણ વર્ષ થી કાર્યરત છે તેમના દ્વારા ખેતીમાં આમૂલ પરિવર્તન જોવા મળેલ છે તેમજ તેમના કાર્યકરો દ્વારા ખુબજ જીણવટ પૂર્વક ની માહિતી આપવામાં આવે છે અને જરૂર જણાય ત્યારે સ્થળ પર આવીને માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવે છે તેમજ જે બિયારણનું માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવે છે તે ઉત્તમ પ્રકારનું અને જમીનને ભાવે તેવું આપવામાં આવે છે તેમજ તેનાથી પાક પણ પેલા કરતા વધુ ઉત્પાદન મળેલ છે જેથી આર્થિક ઉપાજન મા પણ વધારો થયેલ છે અને કપાસ ની ખેતી માં કેવી રીતે વધુ ઉત્પાદન આવે તેવું સતત મીટીંગો અને તાલીમ દરમિયાન વાત થતી હોય છે, આવુજ કાર્ય કરતા રહો તેવી શુભકામના અને ખેડૂતને ઉપયોગી બનો દેશ સેવામાં યોગદાન આપતા રહો તેવી શુભેચ્છા તથા હું સંસ્થા તથા મેહુલ પંડ્યા નો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરું છું.

હું ભાવિકાબેન , sskk સંસ્થામાં ડેન્ટલ હાય્જીન પ્રોજેક્ટ માં જોડાયયેલ છું. આ સંસ્થા સાથે જોડાયા બાદ ઘણું શીખવા અને સમજવા મળ્યું છે ,અને હજી આગળ શીખવા મળશે . ડેન્ટલ પ્રોજેક્ટ નાં ૩૦ ગામ ની મુલાકાત લેવાનું ચાલુ છે હાલ , એમાંનું એક Randhiya ગામ ની સ્કૂલ અને આંગણવાડી ની મુલાકાત કરી છે.

જે મારા પોતાનો અનુભવ છે અને હું વર્ષો થી આ સંસ્થાની મુલાકાત લવ છું. આ સંસ્થા ની વિશેષતા એ છે કે લોકડાઉન દરમિયાન પણ સેવાકાર્યો કરેલા છે. તથા કર્મચારીને પણ સંતોષકારક વેતન અપાવે છે.લોકડાઉન ના સમયે પણ આ સંસ્થામાંથી એક પણ કર્મચારીને છૂટા કરાયેલ નથી એ આ સંસ્થાની ખાસિયત છે.

સંસ્થા જે અવિરત પણે કાર્ય છે જેવા કે શિક્ષણ ને લાગતા હોઈ કે ખેતીવાડી ને લાગતા હોઈ સંસ્થા છેલ્લા 7 વર્ષે જે ખેડૂતો સાથે કામ કરી રહી છે તે વિસ્તાર ના અસંખ્ય ખેડૂતો ને ઘણુ બધુ શીખવા ને જાણવા મળ્યું છે સંસ્થા દ્વારા જે ખેડૂતો ને ખેડૂત લક્ષી પોતની કમ્પની બનાવી ખેડૂતો ને પગભર કરવાના પ્રયાસો સંસ્થા કરી રહી છે જે કદાચ આજે સરકાર પણ તેમાં નિષ્ફળ ગણાવી શકાય જે પ્રયાસ સંસ્થા ના બધા જ મિત્રો કરી રહ્યા છે

સાથે સાથે INGJ46 તથા સર્વે સ્ટાફ મિત્રો સાથે કામ કરી ખૂબ જ આનંદ થયો...

સંસ્થા સાથે જોડાયેલી યાદો ખૂબ નિરાળી છે. શિક્ષણ અને સમાજ કલ્યાણ કેન્દ્રએ વર્ષોથી શિક્ષણ, ખેતીવાડી -ખેડૂતો, નિરાધાર લોકો, ગરીબ બાળકો, પાણીની સમસ્યાઓ, વગેરે એવા વિષયો પર ખૂબ પ્રગતિશીલ કામ કર્યા છે.. છેવાડાના ગામો સુધી સંપર્ક સાધ્યો છે... લોકોમાં જાગૃતિ અંગેનાં કાર્યો હોય કે પછી શૌચાલય બનાવાની કામગીરી... આ તમામ કામો ખૂબ બખૂબી સંસ્થા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.. અને સોનામાં સુગંધ ભળે તેવી વાત એ કે સંસ્થાના દરેક કાર્યોમાં અપાર સફળતામાં દરેક એવી વ્યક્તિનો હાથ છે જે તમામ સંસ્થા સાથે જોડાયેલા છે... વંદન છે ધીરજલાલ વાગડીયા જેમણે સંસ્થા માટે પોતાના અથાગ પ્રયત્નો કર્યા..એ પણ અવિરત.... સખત મહેનતી... સંસ્થા સાથે મે ઘણા વર્ષો કામ કર્યું છે. એ વાતનો આનંદ ગર્વ સાથે છે

SSKK organisation has doing work on children’s education, farming, environment and women empowerment etc. Organisation has work on farming like how to maintain cost of farming and get more return with good production. All staff members are connected with farmers, children and women as per their Project responsibilities for better implementation and outcome. I have been associated with the organization since November 2019. I am currently working on a child line project for children which is a national program for the protection of children and their rights. The organization is working on 4 projects including Gender and Rights, Training and Education, Health and Environment, Agriculture Growth and Disaster. Before this organization was working in a project which was very helpful to women. I got to learn a lot after coming to this institute. Before this I was in an education project working for children who are migrating for education or have dropped out from school, for those who do not know the importance of education. I m working in Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra, Since May 2020. The Organization work with on going project like Gender and Rights, Training and Education, Health and Environment and Agricultural Growth and Disaster Risk. I m work here as Project head in Agriculture project. Our project unit (INGJ 45) is work with 4409 farmers of Babra and Amreli block. In Agriculture project organization work activity like Rain Fall insurance, Weather base insurance, Bio Diversity' Crop Demonstration, Exposure visit and Promotion of farmer producer organisation. SSKK work hard, also during Covid-19 pandemic situation to aware the farmers and agricultural allied peoples.

Myself is eye witness of the work done for children, farmers and women. There are lots of success stories of the work done by organisation. Organisation has successfully implemented various projects in the area of agriculture, child rights, women rights, environment and natural resource conservation.

SSKK, Amreli Institute, started under TATA B.C.I project within 2015 of 37 villages of , Gir Gadhda and Khambh taluka. Financial collaboration is done by C.S.P.C (Salary Area Rising Plan). And still working. Work for W.R.P water management by SSKK, Amreli Institute and C.S.P.C. There is also a Principal of the B.C.I program, the work of laying soil from check dams was included in farm management, farm-tanking, damaged, well rechargeable and laying of pond deep within the community work. In which 50% assistance was made to the person created through the organization and 60% assistance in the community work. Thus, work has been done to deepen the lake inside Khajudadra village of Una taluka. In which village Sarpanch Solanki Bhanjibhai Lakhanbhai and village people were getting very good cooperation. Talking about the lake, the water level of the lake was increased by excavating the lake and its check dam system was very good, as well as the catchment area of water 5 sq. Km Equals. Before the deepen of lake water capacity was 8655 qubic meters. Under which 18462 cubic meters of pottery has been done 27117 cubic meters. Increasing the level of water storage of this lake will benefit from 45 farmers and 38 wells, and 132.6 acres of land will be benefited. The T.D.S (water salts) surrounding the lake of Khajdra village is 3200 to 4400 ie not irrigated water. Now after the monsoon, T.D.S. The benefits of lake and water can be seen in T.D.S. Thus, doing this work will increase water recharge in the soil and improve the quality of well water, and farm production will increase, the farmers in the village can get good quality water from the well. In the work of this lake, soil was taken by the farmers who were considered within the Folklore. Under the work of this lake, the cost of Rs. 683087 per cubic meter is Rs. 37 And Side Cleaning Costs have been assisted by the C.S.P.C Institute through the S.S.K.K Institute. Thus, the work of Khajudra village was completed very well, in which the village Sarpanch contributed a lot. The farmers of the village also contributed a lot, thus Khajudra village and Sarpanch are grateful to the organization.
