Mission: The sedona community centers mission is to enhance quality of life for people of the greater sedona community through our award winning food programs, outstanding exercise and educational activities, and compassionate supportive services.
Programs: Home delivered meal program: monday thru friday, a hot meal is delivered to clients homes. During this fiscal year, we provide 15,155 meals to 169 unduplicated clients in the greater sedona area. A frozen meal was delivered prior to holidays, when we do not deliver.
congregate meals: monday thru friday (except holidays) a hot meals is available here at the center. During this fiscal year, we provided 5,774 meals to 212 unduplicated clients.
other achievements: every friday the breakfast club provides 5 easy to prepare breakfast meals in a grocery bag delivered to as many of our meals on wheels clients that need it, as a buffer against hunger during the weekends when we do not deliver.
