The office staff are rude and very snarky to the children. I dropped my son off and he didn't want to stay. He said he had a bad feeling and so did I. I had to go to work so I had a friend pick him up early. The very first thing they did was to threaten legal action. Not what can we do to make this better. They refused to give a refund. After I had told them not to cash my check for the following week, they did anyway. Maria is impossible. READ THE CONTRACT COMPLETELY. Even if you are unsatisfied, there is NO REFUND. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Or at the very least, tour the facility beforehand. I wish I had.
