Mission: Rcam works with people to meet their needs for safe and adequate shelter, clothing, food and basic well-being in a manner that maintains or improves their self worth and dignity.
Programs: Housing program - building, repairing, winterizing, improving and financing home for elderly and low-income families. Serving 13 towns.
emergency shelter - provide whatever is required in a time of emergency to include shelter, food, fuel, utilities, clothing and medical care to people in need.
homeless prevention - help people to access resources to meet their highest possible level of self-sufficiency by identifying needs, setting priorities and providing information and encouragement.
