Mission: Ronald mcdonald house charities (rmhc) was established in 1994 in memory of mcdonald's corporation founder ray a. Kroc for the purpose of providing grants to not-for-profit organizations which benefit children, thereby helping children reach their fullest potential. Rmhc provides grants that address real problems in a definitive manner and have a measurable impact in four primary areas: health and medical research, including ronald mcdonald house; education and the arts; and civic and social services.
Programs: 15 grants provided to area not-for-profit organizations that benefit children and provided $5,396 of continuing grant expense. Officers of rmhc determine through a variety of methods the recipient charitable organizations that further rmhc's goals as defined in its mission statement.
