Mission: To empower, enable, encourage, and support parents, to develop the kind of knowledge and skills necessary to become equal partners in advocacy and education for their children.
Programs: Provided culturally effective information, support, training, referrals, advocacy, and education to parents, families and individuals in the areas of healthcare and education to people with and without disabilities or special needs. Conducted trainings and workshops, conferences, and provided technical assistance to family-serving professionals, state agencies, and community organizations.
