Mission: The red ants pants foundation is organized to develop and expand leadership roles for women, to preserve and support working family farms and ranches and to enrich and promote rural communities. The values of the foundation are to recognize and cultivate a strong work ethic, to encourage and build self-reliance, especially for women, to educate the public on the importance of maintaining traditional work skills and to provide opportunities for people with different perspectives to connect, build bridges and discover common ground.
Programs: Community grant: supporting projects and trainings for individuals and organizations whose work is in alignment with the mission and values of the rap foundation.
skills workshops: offering technical skill based workshops on timber skills, welding and animal husbandry.
conferences: hosting speakers and networking sessions to collaborate with other non-profit organizations and the community to develop mentoring programs and to connect people to share ideas and resources.
