This ministry is helping so many people who are incarcerated learn how to have a personal relationship with God and understand the Bible on a deep level. I have heard the countless testimonials of how people have changed their lives because of this ministry and their outreach in the jails/prisons. I have also had the joy of correcting Bible lessons in the correspondence course that inmates can do, helping them understand the Word of God and answer questions. This is an amazing nonprofit!

I believe this is a great organization that helps those who have been locked in the system, and shackled by their past grow closer to God. I have volunteered with helping with lessons that are given to help the inmates know more about Jesus and his love for them. I truly hope this is something more people around the world can know and love!

Prison Mission Association are faithful to their work in discipling the incarcerated. The men and women in prisons are a very overlooked part of our society and they have a great need to know and be in a relationship with God. Prison Mission Association does an excellent job of meeting that need and bringing those to Christ.

I am a lesson corrector/encourager. I review and correct the lessons for 1st and 2nd Corinthians. By the time that the student inmate gets to me, I am very impressed with their knowledge level. But even more so, I am deeply encouraged by the many of their desire to put scripture to use in their everyday lives.
Many ask for prayer for family members, and their ability to stay strong while in the prison and when they get out.
I am blessed and encouraged hearing their practical applications, seeing their growth, and their desire to follow the Savior.
This is one of the comments that I have received. "Please say a prayer for my mom once again. She is alone and out there and could use my help. BUT, due to my selfish drug addiction, I am in prison. That devil Herion ruined my life. I only feel good when I do these lessons or read the Bible. Thank you."
Many others ask for good church locations in their home area when they get out.
Without a doubt, these PMA lessons are changing lives and I am glad to be part of it.

My wife and I have volunteered with PMA for several years. We have corrected lessons completed by inmates who want to turn their lives around by developing a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. It has been an extreemly rewarding opportunity to be able to help these men and women in their journey. Prison Ministry Association is a truly amazing non-profit and has been instrumental in helping many inmates turn their lives around.

If you could change a life to be on the right path to righteousness and eternal life, would you do it?
This is such an easy, yet powerful ministry to people in great spiritual need.
I am so blessed to be able to do this and as a result be a blessing to others.
If you are looking for a great opportunity to make a wonderful impact, from the comfort of your own home, this is it!

I have been an instructor for the Prison Mission for many years. I correct the worksheets that are returned to the main office. It is a joy and a rewarding job because I get to see the Holy Spirit at work. It is touching to read letters that are included and to hear their thoughts and sometimes fears. They ask us to pray for their families or for them as they may be struggling. To see a life turned around by Christ is a beautiful thing. I don't get to see it often in my daily life so I am always excited to get some worksheets to correct. God has blessed the Prison Mission Association. It is effective and touches so many lives. Thank you!

When I became an instructor for the Prison Mission I didn't expect the blessings that followed. As I read each lesson, sometimes with heartfelt comments or questions attached, my heart goes out to these inmates who have found peace and hope through Christ. Sometimes they don't feel deserving. I answer that none of us are. Others want to shout for joy with their newly found faith and the new outlook on life. One thing in common is that they are all so grateful for the Prison Mission Association because they know that someone cares about them and their future. Sometimes I will request the appropriate bible be sent that they might better understand. I am blessed when I see God working in the hearts and minds of those who were once lost. Thank you for being God's servants.

Prison Mission Association makes a real difference in the lives of prisoners all throughout the United States. I have had the opportunity to read the testimonials of several prisoners whose lives were radically changed by the bible lessons, and support given by Prison Mission Association.

They are doing wonderful things to change lives of men and women who are in desperate need of the Gospel. I am proud to be of service to this organization, and looking forward to hearing about more inspiring stories from prisoners who are growing every day in the Word, while living in harsh circumstances.

I have only been associated with PMA for relatively short period of time. During that time as I help correct the correspondence courses completed by the men and women in prison I have been blessed. I have been blessed in 2 ways one in knowing that I am doing God's work here on earth and secondly by seeing the growth of these men and women in prison. And as I write short personal notes to them I am again blessed by knowing that when they receive it they will again be blessed. It is my hope that as people read these comments they will also be convicted to want to support PMA's work in the prisons. It is my hope that as Christ works in the hearts of these men and women to transform from their former selves into a new creation in Christ, and as some of them will be going back into our society , that they will not be tempted to repeat what got them in prison originally.
