Since 08/13/2022 I entered as a client, believing in the services of this company, and it did not take long to feel disenfranchised, neglected, deceived, defrauded, which led me to make the decision to cancel the contract with them.
I paid up to $4,899.00 and numerous times I asked them to indicate a formally issued balance, and an adequate Schedule of the payment plan for my debts, and that never happened, I never felt that they were responsible, or they presented reports that made me feel that my money was sure, this let me know that I was dealing with a disorganized company, and then came the dissection.
I have a complete folder with detailed information of all my steps, emails, payments, bank reports, unfulfilled statements, their promises, their lies; It is unfortunate that people like this play with the money of people who need to get out of their debts, they do not strive to help confidently.
Until today, I have only received two (2) payments, as "alms" of $357, being a terrible offense, as if I were a starving person living on crumbs. This is very offensive, and I know that companies like these are terrible, they have mocked me many times, over and over again for these 5 years, and until today September 2022 they still owe me more than $4,000.00
I do not want to do anything with lawyers, I want to tell the world that companies like this hurt many people who seek help with effort, what they receive are lies, deceit and there is no one to defend them without sacrificing their money.
