Mission: Offer support,advocacy and educational services to the physician owned hospital industry.
Programs: Lobbying-a primary goal and accomplishment for pha is advocacy,pha contracts and provides expertise in the areas of monitoring,lobbying,advocating and representing physician hospital's interests in all federal legisaltive or regulatory affairs or matters that could impact physician hospitals and pha members. General government relations support is provided within the federal legislative and regulatory systems. Pha assist with communication provides political updates and generally keeps physician hospital members informed on the status of legislative and regulatory affairs.
annual meeting is held for the purpose of providing education and practical information to members and nonmembers who are interested in the physician hospital industry. This event allows speakers and exibitors to promote their products and services at workshops and exhibits on the latest issues and developments.
dc fly-in meeting is held for the purpose of providing an opportunity to communicate ideas and opinions to government officials. Pha provides speakers and educational materials and establishes and cultivates relationships with legislators about physicians hospitals. Benchmarking program - the pha benchmarking program is conducted in conjunction with ctq solutions to provide quarterly benchmarking tailored for the physician-owned hospital census.
