Programs: Milwaukee urban entrepreneur partnership, inc. (uep) assists minority-owned business enterprises (mbe) in urban milwaukee communities through a variety of business-based approaches to support their development and growth. We provide business training, intrusive coaching, mentoring, counseling, and help mbes improve their practices and systems.
