Mission: To provide an opportunity for individuals and their families to learn about a larger world, to make decisions about how they choose to experience life, and to become an integral part of the community. Through a person centered planning process, comprehensive supports coordination, best practice treatments, and rehabilitative approaches, individuals will learn, grow, and enjoy a variety of new experiences, relationships, and activity. By providing needed supports, individuals have the ability to create independent and meaningful everyday lives.
Programs: Provide for the support of persons with intellectual disabilities through community living and life sharing arrangements, community-based supports and community participation services, person-centered planning, behavioral support services, and supported employment services.
