Results: Last year, we served 3,381 children and family members through our Early Learning Program--preparing children for kindergarten and helping families advocate for and provide a stable learning environment for their children. We served 5,600 people through Older Adult Services to promote wellness, active life styles, and social connections. We served 1,508 people through Financial Empowerment to help improve financial knowledge, build credit, develop assets, and lead to economic stability. We provided referral services to 1,920 people, directing them to key resources throughout our programmatic areas.
Target demographics: Low-income children and families, vulnerable older adults, and people seeking to climb off the lowest rungs of the economic ladder.
