Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building, Environment, Natural Resources Conservation & Protection
Mission: Pecos Valley RC&D was established in 1993 to assist local citizens within the eight West Texas Counties of Crane, Ector, Loving, Pecos, Reeves, Terrell, Ward, and Winkler to improve the quality of life. Our mission is to encourage West Texans to help themselves conserve and develop existing resources by offering information and assistance. Projects of the Pecos Valley RC&D address one of the following: land conservation, water management, community development, and environmental enhancement.
