Programs: The organization was established to provide intensive day treatment services to delinquents and status offenders and to prepare those youth for reintegration into the community by providing quality counseling and treatment services at its locations throughout eastern, central, and northeastern pennsylvania. For the year ending june 30, 2017, revenue from day treatment services did decline overall, but a couple locations experienced continued success. The scranton center's ia program operated at full capacity or near full capacity for almost every month of the fiscal year. East stroudsburg's ase program saw an increase in clients served of about 43% over the course of the fiscal year and clients served for east stroudsburg's ia program increased by about 45% over the fiscal year.

for about 15 years, pa treatment and healing has provided an alternative education program ("aep") to school districts throughout eastern, central, and northeastern pennsylvania. For the year ending june 30, 2017, revenue from aep services did decline overall, but the east stroudsburg location did see an increase in clients served of about 32% over the course of the fiscal year.

the organization provides drug and alcohol treatment and counseling ("d&a") services to individuals throughout eastern, central, and northeastern pennsylvania. For the year ending june 30, 2017, d&a services continued to grow at a fast pace. In fact, for the organization overall, the average number of d&a clients served increased from 377 in march 2016 to 417 in march 2017, an increase of about 11%.

the organization also provides community service and foster care at a couple locations to individuals throughout eastern, central, and northeastern pennsylvania. The organization also provided a "be challenged" outdoor weekend program through october 2016. Overall, these programs experienced a 48% decrease in revenue compared to the prior year.
