elizabeth house transitional housing offers 8 beds to chemically addicted homeless women who have a continuous source of income, have at least thirty days sobriety, have a personal plan for recovery, are involved with a self help group, and have a willingness to participate in the program. Length of stay at this location is determined on a case by case basis.
the street outreach program provides assessment, triage, case management, and housing placement and stabilization for unaccompanied homeless adults in north worcester county. The target population to be assisted shall be chronic and episodically homeless unaccompanied individiuals residing pricipally at our father's house shelter. The principle objective is to work with these individuals and help them move to permanent supportive housing available within our current area resources. West street sober program provides permanent housing for sober men. In this program, participants must be self-sufficient while maintaining a priority on their sobriety. Participants are given the opportunity to develop life skills while living in a structured sober environment. The facility maintains resident council as well as a live in resident manager to help facilitate the program.
