Mission: Otsar family services provides quality programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Otsar believes in the value and worth of each individual, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. We are dedicated to helping our children grow, develop, live full and rewarding lives, and to ultimately become active and accepted members of their communities.
