Mission: The greenbank farm cultivates balance between nature and human activity (recreation, local commerce and agriculture) through community engagement and education.
Programs: Operation of an agricultural training center including classroom study and training in the field. Operation of a community supported agricultural program directed to retail sales to the community, seed production contracts and research contracts. (the program is based on a 7 1/2 month curriculum. )
greenbank farm management group organizes and presents festivals such as the annual loganberry festival, first fridays at the farm and the farm tour dinner. In addition, gfmg operates a farm shop which features the historic loganberry wine as well as wines from local producers and produce grown by the on-premises agricultural training center.
operate and maintain facilities for use by the community for such functions as weddings, meetings for local clubs and organizations, and community events.
