Causes: Homeless & Housing, Housing Development, Construction & Management

Mission: Improving the lives of farmworkers and low-income individuals in rural communities through affordable housing, advocacy, building financial assets and other innovative solutions.

Programs: Affordable housing development services: comprehensive development services for the creation of affordable housing serving low-income rural and/or farmworker households. Services provided in the following communities: chelan, douglas county, granger, grandview, mattawa, othello, prosser, royal city, skagit county, toppenish, sunnyside, and yakima county totaling 642 units in development.

networking/policy/information assistance: research and provide information to interested parties on rural/farmworker housing needs and programs/resources available at the local, state and federal levels. Support policy efforts to improve delivery and effectiveness of said programs.

community development financial institution certification - building organizational capacity to serve low-income people and communities that lack access to affordable financial products and services.
