Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: Oak meadows exists to provide a dignified living environment that embodies god's love for all and is dedicated to the well-being of our tenants, their families and our staff. Oak meadows provides independent, assisted and memory care housing and services to seniors in our community.
Programs: The organization owns and operates a 48-unit assisted living facility, a 62-unit independent living facility, and a 12-unit memory care facility for the elderly. During the year ended december 31, 2017, the occupancy percentage was 90. 3% for the assisted living facility, 97. 3% for the independent living facility, and 94. 4% for the memory care facility.
