Mission: NYFOH mission is to champion the wellbeing of our community through various program such as health education, civil engagement, financial literacy , and immigration services advocacy.
Target demographics: We aim to create possibilities inside every individual, and ultimately become self-sufficient in other to participate fully within their community.
Geographic areas served: New York City including Brooklyn, Queens and parts of Long Island
Programs: Annual Health Fair Youth forum Food Pantry Connect migrants with local community resources, and transitional support for recent migrants.
