Programs: Community organizing noah introduces community residents and stakeholders to a different way of seeing and seizing opportunity. Noah acknowledges community anxiety and fears, then educates local leaders to recognize their strengths and community needs. This organizing process informs the creation of a platform of responsible redevelopment, which itself will provide a foundation for how leaders build strategic relationships between community, regional institutions, and developers. Community development noah is organized as a community development corporation (cdc) alongside its key community organizing function. This allows noah to hold equity state in the form of real property in the areas where redevelopment will take plan; thus, giving noah influence over to development to leverage its values. Noah is currently focusing its activities within the east cleveland community.
