Programs: North platte citizen advocacy initiated relationships with people who have developmental disabilities (protgs) in 2014. The relationships are long term. The relationships were with protgs who have no famility living in the immediate area. The advocates become a mentor, friend, advocate for the protg. North platte citizen advocacy has recruited over 130 advocates in the north platte area since it was initiated in 1995.
