Mission: The North Carolina Law Enforcement Assistance Program (NCLEAP) exists to serve law enforcement and other emergency responders by offering training, Post Critical Incident seminars, chaplaincy services, peer support and a network of resources to assist them in dealing with the stressors of their careers.
