Mission: The National Council of Jewish Women founded in 1893, is the oldest major Jewish women's organizaton in the United States. It is a volunteer organization, inspired by Jewish values, that works throuh a program of research,education, advocacy and community service, to improve the quality of life for women, children and families, and strives to ensure individual rights and freedoms for all.
