Mission: Mcfah aims to improve the quality of life of primarily low and moderate income individuals and families by providing them with residences in safe, decent and affordable housing communities. We carry out our mission in the following ways: by providing financial assistance for the rehabilitation and operation of affordable housing communities. By assisting in the operation of affordable housing communities through participation in the ownership of companies that acquire, develop, rehabilitate and/or operate such communities. By assisting owners of affordable housing communities in obtaining governmental and foundation grants and awards to fund the rehabilitation, improvement, financing and operation of those communities. By assisting in the funding of educational and community development programs for residents of affordable housing communities.
