I am personally involved with the ranch and the programs an the employees that have been put together at the ranch by Kim Rector Russell are state of the art an above an beyond anything expectations anyone might have! She is constantly doing research and implementing new procedures an techniques in order to keep the programs for the kids at the highest standards possible.

It is truly my honor it be associated with Morning Glory Ranch.

I visited the ranch for the tour one Sunday afternoon and was amazed at not only the facilities but also the heart and soul of its staff. Founder Kim Rector Russell, M.Ed, has developed a system not only to work with those with autism but also to weave "throw-away teens" (lost in the educational system) into the program by working with the children. Truly, a WIN-WIN-WIN program. Thank you to Kim and your amazing staff. Keep up the GREAT work.

My son, who is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, began riding at Morning Glory about a year ago. Being at the ranch with the volunteers and horses has had a profound impact on him. He becomes visibly calmer, more focused, and more conversational. Finding Morning Glory has helped him work on his physical and social deficiencies, which has improved his quality of life at home, school, and in public.

Our son Luke started riding horses out at Morning Glory Ranch 3years ago. Luke is ten years old, he has cerebral palsy. So, he walks with a walker (w/great effort) and he is also non-verbal. When Luke started riding, he needed a back rider. Then he graduated to riding on a donkey we nicknamed Rambo. Then on to riding a quarter horse named Morning Glory all by himself. To see him struggle to walk to the horse in his walker and then get on his horse and GO would take my breath away. He enjoyed a freedom on his horse like none other. And if you saw him in a trot, you may have witnessed the happiest person ever! The horseback riding helped Luke gain much needed strength and helped him walk better. It is the best therapy he could ever have. The staff at Morning Glory Ranch are amazing. They love the kids, push the kids, and they seriously go above and beyond.
