i heard nothing but good things about moms pets, however. when i went there with interest of a cat there were a good many cats there that were sick. within days the cat i adopted went downhill, raspy breathing, and stuff leaking from eyes and nose. i knew i shouldnt of adopted it but i did anyway. like i said within days it went downhill, the cat was skin and bones to begin with, but rapidly lose weight. it barely ate. i gave it antibiotics, then all of a sudden it couldnt walk, yellow diarrea it couldnt even make it to the bathroom. i started force feeding it and it still sadly did not make it. like i said most of the cats were sick, running around the shelter, one had wounds on its face anothers hips were messed up, most looked almost dead...
