Mission: Our Mission: To provide moving meditation to at-risk, underserved and high need communities, at no cost to them. Our Vision: Mission Meditation and Qigong (MMQ) empowers organizations, communities and individuals by assisting them in building self-confidence, self-respect, self-awareness, and self-reliance. In that way the benefactor of our services can pay it forward in their lives and communities. Our Values: Respect - for ourselves, each other, the space we practice in, the teachings and our teachers. Inclusion - anyone and everyone is included - any race, creed, sexual orientation, religion, absence of religion, political affiliation or socio-economic status. Awareness - the central idea of the practice is "go with the flow" and how that evolves for every individual, every organization and group. Empowerment - the ability to make a positive difference in whatever ways resonate with each individual, community or organization.
Results: Retention of these communities is 100%. Our work is well supported by the directors of each of the participating communities.
