Mission: non-profit organization with the mission to bring minorities in tech together to connect, collaborate, and grow. Our mission is to create an environment for the community to learn about technology. We are removing the barriers and creating bridges. The ALLIANCE is a collaboration between leading minority Technology firms, Educators and accomplished individuals that are willing to network, support, encourage, and educated, minority startups, technology students and career minded individuals that are in the field of technology. The level of collaboration among minority Technology organizations and Educators is rare. Our strategy is unique, we provide collaboration unprecedented around the country for minorities by providing a focal point where any and all individuals have a chance to collaborate with successful minority business and educators. The collaborative wants to maximize collective capabilities to positively impact the success of minority firms and individuals along with the goals to create a seamless and systemic approach that supports growth and sustainability in the area of technology. The Alliance has leveraged partnerships to both simplify and expand the range of services and programming offered to minority firms and individuals across the country. We want to foster a new way for existing successful minority organizations to work more effectively together in reaching back to help in any way they can. Our goal is to strengthen the minority disadvantaged technology sector by providing assistance and services from successful organizations and individuals. These services consist of coaching, counseling, and business assistance by critiquing business ideas and concepts, to locate funding. We believe when you give, you actually get so much more in return, maybe not in the same form, but in a more meaningful and valuable way.. You learn compassion, encouragement, kindness, selflessness, life-changing lessons, self-respect, and gratefulness.
