Direct beneficiaries per year: 60,000
Geographic areas served: United States
Programs: Speaker Program (provide free young adult speakers to schools and groups), Funding Research (at University of Pennsylvania), Community Outreach (spread our message and resources to the community), Annual Forum (provide free mental health education to the community)
Having been thru tough times during my youth, I see an organization in Minding Your Mind created by the pure of heart, run by the conscientious and served by the target audience who desperately need us. All too often we attribute a plethora of actions in our youth as growing pains when in reality many young adults are silently suffering. This program allows the individual to come forward without shame to express their deepest feelings in a safe, positive manner whilst becoming proactive to encourage, foster the most positive paths. It brings light to so many who are hurting in a darkness no one should have to endure. Minding Your Mind has helped to create a community of sharing, kindness and practical resources. I am highly impressed with this program for helping to lift the stigmas to get to root issues for a better tomorrow for us all.
It's time for all of us to pay attention if we honestly want a better, healthier world.
Thank you for playing a vital part in Pennylvania. As a founder of Walk ON Foundation, a non profit located in Pennsylvania that is focused on medical needs we are thankful to have you here.
This program can definitely save lives and helps young adults to cope with life and how to handle hard times and situations with a positive outlook on life.
Minding your Mind works hard to change the lives of teens everywhere. This program really impacts them and helps teach them how to cope through difficult times.
I think this is a great organization that helps save lives. I think that their mission is a real boon to the children and young adults whom they educate about mental health issues

Minding Your Mind is providing mental health education to adolescents. While this topic is often avoided, it is important that young adults learn the signs of symptoms of these illnesses as the age of onset is during the teen years.
Minding Your Mind is a great organization that helps provide a voice for adolescents and young adults in the community. It lets us know that we are not alone

Minding Your Mind provides mental health education to middle and high school students, their teachers and parents without cost to schools and other interested community organizations.
Minding Your Mind is a tremendous organization doing so much good for a cause that isn't always the most popular. Their speakers and events raise so much awareness and truly change people's attitudes toward mental illness and suicide.
