Mission: The organization is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas and facilities within the 4,250 acre property comprising single family homes and 56 sub-association made up of townhomes and apartments
Programs: The association lessens the burden of government by maintaining the grass location on the street median on public streets owned by the city and county of honolulu. The association also maintains greenbelts, perimeter wall and three parks located within the community. The park areas promote the general welfare of the community by allowing the community members use of the parks.
the association operates and maintains seven recreatonal facilities with amenities including a gym, basketball and volley ball courts, ping pong rooms, internet cafe, party halls, meeting room, business centers, four tot-lots, four tennis courts and five picnic areas/barbeque pavilions and six swimming pools. The association also holds many special events for residents and offers senior programs where mililani residents 55 and over meet every week for various activities.
