Mission: All of MFCAA's programs share a singular goal: to improve the lives of abused and neglected children. The programs provided by MFCAA strengthen all of the families who provide direct care to these children. We are pleased to serve the foster, adoptive, kinship, relative and birth families of children touched by the foster care system.
Programs: Midwest Foster Care and Adoption Association (MFCAA) is a comprehensive support and advocacy center for abused and neglected children and the families caring for them. This unique organization was created by foster and adoptive families for foster and adoptive families, and operates on the core value that it is in the context of the family that children learn, grow, thrive and heal.
