Mission: Metro Ferret is a network of concerned ferret owners, banded together to aid and support our overcrowded Ferret Shelters. We are a club run by ferret owners, for ferret owners. We offer our support services to all.
We are a service-based organization. Our members strive to meet and educate the general public about the domestic ferret. In addition, we put forth every effort to raise funds for the care and housing of those unfortunate ferrets in the shelter system.
The members of Metro Ferret wish to make a strong impact on the community in general, and children in particular, about the care and responsibilities of ownership of the Domestic Ferret.
We strive to achieve our goals by participating in, and holding Ferret-related fun events. We hold fund-raisers, raffles, and a variety of sales events to raise donations for the Shelters.
