First of all Loving Hands don't even wait for your background check to come back before they put you to work with a patient. They don't make you get a TB test done to ensure the safety of the patient and employee. You don't need a license before you start working. Anybody can work for this company even if they're a criminal! Please don't trust Loving Hands with your family member. They don't even provide gloves for their employees (what healthcare facility or agency don't do that) I know of an employee who works for Loving Hands that have only been to the patients house one time! If you would choose this agency for your family member then you have very low standards. The administer for Loving Hands Respite Care does not care if her employees are doing their job all she cares about is money!
