Mission: The foundations primary purpose is to provide aid to needy individuals, families and small communities in central viet nam and central mexico with an eye towards connecting donors, staff and beneficiaries on a personal, considerate and helpful level.
Programs: The open-heart program provided heart examination and partial surgery costs to 231 children in five provinces.
lotus has assisted in constructing 342 cisterns serving 2,394 people. The cisterns provide water collection and storage for generations to come.
stay-in-school scholarship program - this program is designed to assist children from poor families who cannot afford school. Stay-in school scholarships were offered to 25 children from first grade through high school. Educational support was also provided for 7 university students.
