Mission: We were founded in 1995. It is our mission to do whatever is necessary to insure that our clients will have all the professional support, guidance, life skills, and education they need to successfully navigate through the minefield called adolescence and emerge as successful adults.
Our over-riding operational and counseling philosophy is that of "En loco parentis et familae", latin for "in place of parents and families. We are pledged to do be the family our clients don't have. All counseling and operations planning & decision must answer the basic question, "If this was my child, what would I do?" If is was my child I would be available 24/7, therefore the all our clients can reach a counselor that they know and trust, 24/7.
Our counseling staff are at a master's level and do their own outreach on the streets and in the places our potential clients hang out. We call this "Counseling On Demand (COD)."
