Mission: In 195, the lincoln county junior miss scholarship program was established as an affiliate of america's junior miss, inc. The purpose of the program is to recognize young women in their senior year of high school. The program's competition is evaluated as follows; 20% scolarship, 25% talent, 25% interview, 15% fitness and 15% self-expression. The evaluation is done by trained evaluators in the junior miss system. The cas scholarships are funded by donations from business and individuals, 100% of the cash raised by the lincoln county junior miss program goes to scholarships for our participants.
